The consumers and tenants  are raised invoices as per the electricity supplied and services provided. These invoices may be paid off-line or online as per the policies and procedures. These invoices are not subject to cancellation or refunds in general.

Any changes to these invoices can only be made by Spacebuilt Integrity LLP. Any excess payment refunds would not be processed through this site.
